Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & NT - Items orderd by 10am Monday-Friday will normally be packed and given to our couriers within 1-2 days and you should allow up to 7 business days for delivery. If you need something urgently, please give us a call so that we can help expedite delivery. If items have to be custom made we shall notify you by email how long the delivery is expected to be. No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, or during extreme weather warnings (Typhoon 8 and Black Rain Storm warnings).

Local and International delivery is FREE for orders over US$100. Postage is charged at cost by weight and destination for orders under US$100

Orders are delivered by either Hong Kong Post or our own private couriers. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can view the delivery status online. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.
International deliveries are sent using Hong Kong Speedpost - EMS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can view the delivery status online. Important Information About International Deliveries
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
