I looked carefully in my local health food store for a toothbrush that is 100% made from non-sythetic sources. Your Bamboa brush said "made from 100% biodegradable bamboo."
However, I read from another customer here on your site, which your representative replied to in the affirmative that they wished the bristles weren't nylon. Well, I suppose we are supposed to think that 100% non synthetic means only the handle. Last I checked, a toothbrush is the handle and the bristles. Isn't that true?
Therefore, your packaging is misleading. I understand that many other brands have a similar product to your brush, I counted 6 or 7 on the shelf, and they all say clearly that the handle is made from bamboo and the bristles are nylon. I also read on reliable sites that nylon is a synthetic compound made from oil.
This doesn't add up folks, and by not disclosing clearly that the bristles are made from nylon, like all the other brushes, you are being decieving, presumably to set yourself apart and sell your brushes, a competative edge if you will. Since you write on your box about the other good things that you are doing, such as donating some of the profits of your brushes, perhaps you feel that the ends justifies the means.
