We offer delivery to any international locations.

International Delivery

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ORDERS ABOVE US$ 300. Below US$ 300 the delivery is a flat rate of US$20.

You will receive your tracking number of your shipment as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can view the delivery status online.  

If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us via Facebook messenger, IG messenger, or by email hello@bamboahome.com.


Hong Kong 

FREE SHIPPING IN HONG KONG FOR ORDERS ABOVE HK$200. 

You will receive your tracking number of your shipment as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can view the delivery status online.

Important Notice

  • If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided at checkout
  • If this fails then we will attempt to contact you at the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements
  • If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully we may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.


Important Information About International Deliveries

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from any of our websites, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

For international deliveries, local taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Business Operations Asia Limited (BAMBOA) as a result of the violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.

You will be sent a tracking number for all your deliveries so that you can track your parcel at your own convenience.

I've received my delivery but some items are missing....
